The most powerful words in the universe are the ones you use to talk to yourself.
We have more than 6,000 thoughts a day. On average 80% of them are negative and 90% are repetitive.
It is so easy to be unconscious about the words you use. A fantastic way to ensure you are doing as much good with your words as you are harm is to use positive affirmations.
Intentionally state the opposite of the negative thoughts you constantly think.
I never dreamed of the impact this would have on my life, or the lives of my clients. When you say something a couple times, your brain starts to absorb it. When you say something every day for a month your brain really starts paying attention. Three months? Your brain may even start believing it and making it your reality.

Challenge yourself to intentionally say an affirmation to neutralize the damage of your negative thoughts.
Bonus points if you say them while looking into your eyes in the mirror to amplify the effect.
Extra bonus points if you say them in the mirror before you go to sleep, putting your subconscious to work for you.
Sometimes you need to see it to believe it.
